Malcolm is a gastroenterologist trained in the UK and currently working in the Waitaha Canterbury endoscopy unit.
He is the national clinical lead for the NEQIP team and has been in this role for many years.
In both his roles concern for dignity and good, safe, and satisfying outcomes for patients are key, and he strives to achieve equity in all aspects of his work.

Holly works as a registered nurse in the Waitaha Canterbury endoscopy unit and loves the patient contact.
She is the national nurse lead for NEQIP and joined the team in 2022.
She is a firm believer in not reinventing the wheel!
Carolyn is based in the north of England, working in GI research nursing and as a capsule endoscopist.
She has been working in the NEQIP team since 2018 as the nurse lead and since her return to the UK has transitioned to a nurse consultant role.
Janette comes from a background in senior administration, working with the Canterbury Health Pathways teams and Te Papa Hauora.
Janette is the NEQIP coordinator and joined the team in 2021, she keeps this small team organised.
